Photo Use

Please accept our humble general disclaimer regarding the use of photos on the Denver Subculture blog. We believe in something we like to call: Pharma - positive photo karma.

In every instance possible we give proper credit to the source and/or photographer. Your photos are a reflection on our project and Denver Subculture is a labor of love. If we have included your photo it means that we either greatly admire it or believe it to have a sincere purpose in supporting our posts.

Either way, we want the rest of the world to know that you are responsible for it. We aim to promote the proliferation of art, not inhibit it by ignoring those who create it. If, however, our Pharma philosophy just doesn't agree with you, we are certainly willing to oblige you by removing the photo from our site. Just send a quick email to denversubculture@gmail.com and poof!, it'll disappear from our site.

Alternately, if we've featured your photo, you're down with that, and you have more to share - drop us a line.  We're always looking for more examples of the Denver Subculture's photographic talents.

Lastly:  If a photo shows no credit, it's ours.  Please return the courtesy by asking us if you may use it.

Please note:  This disclaimer also applies to video clips, music and any other creations that should be credited to their rightful parents.

F#$! the mainstream!
